I believe that my most important function as an attorney is to provide my clients with clear, concise and useful guidance that will allow you to make informed decisions about the matters for which you seek my advice. I handle all aspects of your transaction and personally make contact with the other professionals involved in order to achieve the best results. I take the time to listen to your concerns so that together we can come up with the best possible solutions and reach the optimal results.
After almost ten years in practice as an associate at small and mid-size firms in Manhattan, I opened my own practice in June 1993. Since that time, I have provided representation to hundreds of sellers, purchasers and renters of homes, condominium units, cooperative apartment units and commercial property in Manhattan and the surrounding counties. Whether you are buying your first home in Brooklyn, your vacation dream house in the Hamptons or a new construction in Manhattan, I will guide you through the process.
I am an experienced real estate and commercial litigator with over thirty years of experience in New York courts. I have also provided representation to many clients seeking estate planning advice and the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney and health care proxies.
