Great to see the revised standard form condominium Contract, along with the explanatory notes, which I worked on for over 3 years as part of the NY City Bar Coop and Condo Law Committee, published in the Spring 2016 N.Y. Real Property Law Journal. The Contract is more user-friendly and fairly balanced than its predecessor and incorporates rider provisions that have been commonly used by practitioners. I have gotten great feedback from other attorneys who have started using it.
